Or if you have Nraas MasterController (which would be better) try to reset everything with it. If it's only this save, while in your save/game that is giving you issues, try typing in the cheat: resetsim * Does the freezing occur with every game save, even a new game started fresh? If you haven't tried a new save, I'd start a new game and see if the freezing continues.
